• If you would like to participate in the Patti Wilder County Meet, we need to know by Thursday. We also need to know which events you would like them to swim so the coaches can send it to the Cobb Aquatic Center.
• Thank you to everyone that has signed up for a volunteer position. It looks like we just need someone that is willing to be the Starter for the meet. You are essentially blowing the air horn for each event. You get a front row seat to all of the action too. Please let us know if you are willing to do this for the meet.
• Thank you to everyone that confirmed their availability for the meet. We know this is a change from past years & we appreciate your willingness to adapt.
• Swimmers need to be in the pool for warm ups at 5pm. The meet begins at 6pm. We will have a volunteer meeting sometime around 5:30-5:45.
• The theme for this week is Neon/Glow in the Dark.
• We will have a full concession stand serving yummy food thanks to the Towler family! They will take cash or cards.
• The Kona Ice truck will also be at the Meet.
• All of your swimmer's events will now be in the Swimtopia app. We will no longer be handing out cards the morning of the meet. If there are changes that are made, the app will update with the most up to date information.
• Swim team shirts are in! We are sorting them and will get them to you this week.

Please remember that Picture Day is on Friday at 9am. All swimmers including Whirlpools will come at 9 and start taking individual photos. Once we have most everyone there, we will take the group picture. Something new this year is that you will be given a QR code so you can view your child's pictures 24 hours after they are taken to decide if you would like to purchase them. More information is on the attached letter. We have always been impressed with the quality of their photos.

We are keeping an eye on the weather for tomorrow. Hopefully all the thunderstorms will be tonight and not at the meet on Thursday!
