Lee’s Crossing Cyclones

• Swimmers may wear any suit they chose to practice.
• We encourage your swimmer to bring goggles, a towel & a swim cap (if desired).
• Your swimmer will be given a swim cap along with their team t-shirt before the first meet.
• Please try to be on time as the practices are back to back and the coaches must get started right away.
• No parents are allowed on the pool deck. Our practice times are back to back, so the coaches are unable to talk to parents during practice times. They need to be focusing on the swimmers. If you have a question, please see one of the coordinators during the practice or email us at [email protected]. We serve as the liaison between parents and coaches. Thanks for understanding that it is for the swimmer's safety.
• You are welcome to let them attend practice without a parent (if you feel that your child is responsible enough to do so). Many parents chose to drop off or send older children and pick them up afterwards.
• Please remind your children waiting to swim not to play in the tennis court unless they have a tennis racket.
• Please check your surroundings when you are leaving practice for all towels, shoes, goggles, etc.
• Please also pick up any trash. We are so grateful to the Lee's Crossing Homeowners Association that strongly supports our swim team. We want to be respectful of the pool and surrounding areas.
• We understand that many people have other plans and need to miss practice. That is fine. You don't need to tell us if your swimmer is missing practice. We only need to know if your swimmer is missing a meet.
• All swimmers & parents are expected to be respectful to all coaches, adults and other swimmers at all times.

Inclement Weather:

• Our policy is that we practice in the rain unless it is raining too hard to see the bottom of the pool. 
• If there is thunder or lightning, we have to wait 30 minutes before we can get back in the pool.
