Looking ahead, our first home meet is this week. We have opened up the volunteer positions. We need A LOT more help at Home Meets. There are some jobs that require very minimal training. Please note, we are changing how ribbons will be done. They will now be done on Friday mornings starting at 8:30am. We are now able to print them with the swimmer's results after the meet, so it is much easier. While the swimmers have fun swim, we will work in the pavilion to do ribbons until they are finished and hand them out to swimmers. If you have a question about this, please let us know. This will count towards volunteering at 4 out of the 5 meets. 

Also, please go in and let us know if your swimmer is available for the meet this week. As a reminder, the deadline is the Tuesday before the meet at 11:30pm. If you haven't "declared" that your swimmer is available, we will assume they aren't and they will not be in the meet. We understand that emergencies/injuries happen, but please keep in mind that all last minute changes are about 30 minutes worth of work for our coaches as it impacts other swimmers. Thanks for understanding. Our coaches will continue to evaluate our swimmers for their readiness for the meet and we will let you know if they feel like they need more time.
