We are beginning to prepare and wanted to send some information so you can plan for this summer. Please see attached letter and feel free to pass along to anyone that is interested.

This year we have 1 essential role that needs to be filled in order to have a swim team season. Please check it out and let us know if you can help!

1. We are in need of someone that is willing to head up concession this year. There are 3 home meets on May 30, June 6 and 20 so it just involves purchasing items and organizing everything for the meet. Then, working at concessions during the meet. Edie Hardbarger assisted with this last year and has said she is willing to assist again, but will need somoene else to help too. We will provide additional volunteers. It includes a reserved parking spot at home meets and one of your children can swim for free (up to $100 savings!). We have all of the information from past people that have assisted and we will be happy to pass all of it along. If you are interested, please let us know.

A few things to note:

• We plan to open Pre-Registration March 18.
• Practices will begin May 13-16 & 20-22. There is no practice on the last day of school, May 23.
• Morning practices begin May 24 through June 27. There is no practice on Memorial Day.
• We will have Whirlpools again this year for our 4 year olds & 5 year olds that aren't quite ready for meets. It will be Monday, Wednesday & Friday starting May 29 through June 26.
• Our Meets this year will be on Thursday nights just like last year starting May 30-June 27.
• We will offer two Stroke Clinics May 18 & 25 and a Turns & Dives Clinic on June 1 from 9-10am for ages 7 & up. They are $5 each.
• We are thrilled to have Coach Jessica & Sophia as our Head Coaches again this year. Coaches Martina, Grant, Gracie Kay, Celeste, Teresa and Mosie are all returning. We will also have Elinor VanWinkle helping with Whirlpools.
