We have made it to our last week of swim team. There is a lot of information and answers to frequently asked questions so please ensure you read everything.

• We have practice Monday through Thursday next week.
• There is NO practice on Friday. We will have volunteers doing ribbons at the pool and you can stop by between 9-10am to pick up your ribbons.
• We will have our End of the Year Award Ceremony on Tuesday at 7pm at the pool. Your family is invited to come swim. We will have the Kona Ice truck free for all swimmers too. Once everyone has their Kona Ice, we will begin the awards.
• As a reminder, all swimmers will receive a certificate of participation. If it is your swimmer's first year on the team, they will receive a medal. Whirlpools will receive a certificate of participation as well.
• There will be some trophies and paper plate awards given out by the coaches as well.
• Our final meet is Thursday, June 27 at Bentwater III. The address is 6126 Braidwood Ln. Acworth, GA. All swimmers need to be in the pool for warm ups at 5:30pm. Please allow time for parking and setting up. Once we receive more info from the team, we will pass that along. We do recall that they do not have chairs so please plan to bring those with you.
• The theme for this week's meet is a Luau Party to end our season of swim!
• Please go in and mark if your swimmer is available for the meet by Tuesday at 11:30pm. If you do not let us know, we will assume your swimmer is not available. Here is the link to sign up: https://leescrossing.swimtopia.com/swim_meets
• Sign ups for volunteer jobs are now open. As a reminder, we ask upon sign up for the team that you volunteer at 4 out of the 5 meets. Our volunteer coordinators will be reaching out to those that haven't fulfilled their volunteer jobs yet. We understand that many of you are juggling children alone, have busy lives and jobs. We all have to do our part and get creative. An idea is to take turns watching kids during different halves with a friend. Thank you to our families that have consistently gone above and beyond! • For those volunteering at the meet, we ask that if you are running late or have to cancel, please reach out to our volunteer coordinator Cindy Lu at 678-923-1168. This will streamline communication straight to the coordinators to make alternate arrangements.
