It's another great week of swim team. We are looking forward to our meet this Thursday against Hardage Farms. Our meet theme is Country Western and Hardage Farms is also participating. One thing to note, there are tennis matches scheduled for Thursday night during the meet. This means there will be no parking aside from reserved spots in the Lee's Crossing Parking Lot. We will have a volunteer out there managing this and we have passed this along to the other team as well. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We once again recommend walking, carpooling, and/or parking in a neighbor's driveway if you can.

• Reminder that the sign ups for the meet are open and you have until Tuesday at 11:30pm to declare for the meet or we assume your swimmer is unavailable. Please go to:https://leescrossing.swimtopia.com/swim_meets and click on "Meet Entry". Then, you should see your swimmer's names and you click "Edit". There will be a dropdown menu and you will select "attending" or "not attending". If you are an alternate, we will let you know if a spot is open.
• Thank you to the families that have already picked a volunteer position. We only have a few left. Go to: https://leescrossing.swimtopia.com/swim_meets to sign up to volunteer at the meet. You will click on "Job Sign Up". Then select your parent name and choose a volunteer position. To read more information about each volunteer position, you can hover over the small "i" next to the volunteer position. Our volunteer coordinators, Sarah Delaney & Jane Whitfield, are happy to answer any questions you might have. Remember everyone is asked to volunteer at 4 out of the 5 meets.

Looking ahead:

• Picture day is coming up on June 13. We will begin photos at 9am. Everyone is asked to wear their Cyclones shirt. We do take a group photo and they take an individual picture of everyone. More information is coming.
