We hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend. We started morning practices this morning and we are hoping the weather cooperates for the rest of the week including the meet. 

There are a couple of deadlines for today: 

1. Every person (that does meets) needs to go into the Swimtopia app and mark if your swimmer is available to swim in the meet by tonight, Tuesday, May 26. You will go to the following link https://leescrossing.swimtopia.com/swim_meets and click on "Meet Entry". Then, you should see your swimmer's names and you click "Edit". There will be a dropdown menu and you will select "attending" or "not attending". If you don't mark that your swimmer is available, we will assume they aren't and they will not be put into the meet. 

2. The deadline to pre-order sweatshirts is tonight, Tuesday. They are $30 each. Please complete the Google form below to order. If you want more than 4 sweatshirts, you can fill out the form again with the additional order. To pay, please either mail or drop off a check or cash in Sarah's mailbox at 1131 Chestnut Hill Cir SW, Marietta, GA 30064 or you can also pay via Venmo to @LeesCrossingHomesAssociation. Please add $1 if you use Venmo to cover the fee (your total would be $28 per sweatshirt). https://forms.gle/i2ZSjHUJiuRN3NA29 

3. The deadline to pre-order extra t-shirts is also tonight, Tuesday. They are $15 each. Please complete the Google form below to order. If you want more than 4 shirts, you can fill out the form again with the additional order. To pay, please either mail or drop off a check or cash in Sarah's mailbox at 1131 Chestnut Hill Cir SW, Marietta, GA 30064 or you can also pay via Venmo to @LeesCrossingHomesAssociation. A few other notes and reminders:

• The first round of t-shirts have arrived. We are sorting and distributing them along with swim caps at practices.
• We have a Turns and Dives Clinic this Saturday for ages 7 and up. It is from 9-10am and it is $5. You aren't required to sign up, it just helps us to be prepared. Click here to sign up: https://forms.gle/gSDtKmi49QKHVPZg9
• If you haven't downloaded the Swimtopia app, you will need to do that in order to see the events your swimmer is swimming at the meet. The free one works just fine!
• We are still awaiting details from Brookstone 3 about the meet and we will pass those along as soon as we get them.
