Update on Legacy Park Meet & Details on Brookstone 2 Meet

Thank you once again to all of our swimmers that came today and helped us finish up the Legacy Park meet. Great news, WE WON!! We will work on ribbons and get them to your swimmers as soon as possible.
Please remember to go in and mark if your swimmer is available for the meet by tomorrow (Tuesday) night. We also still need several more volunteer positions. Since we didn't get to do the Neon/Glow in the Dark theme meet, we are going to do it this week so get your glow sticks ready!We have heard from Brookstone 2. Please see the info from the team:

Clubhouse and Pool address:
5691 Fairwood Drive
Acworth, GA 30101
Timeline:
- 4:45 PM: Families may begin entering the pool area.
- 5:30 PM: Visiting team warm-ups begin
- 6:00 PM: Meet start time.
Parking Regulations:
Our parking requests must be followed to maintain neighborhood relations. Residents are very strict and will report issues directly to the pool deck.
- Street Parking: Park along thesidewalk side ONLY. Do not block fire hydrants, driveways, or street signs. Park close to the curb without parking on the grass.
- Restricted Zones: Do not park near intersections or in areas marked with "No Parking" signs. No parking immediately in front of the clubhouse.
- Parking Lot: Parking is extremely limited.
Logistics & Deck Rules:
- Team Area: The visiting team sets up on the clubhouse side of the pool deck. Families are encouraged to sit in shaded areas off-deck.
- Tents: No tents are permitted on the pool deck. (If team coordinators need one 10x10 tent, you may bring and set-up)
- Restricted Areas: Only active volunteers are allowed behind the blocks. No filming is permitted from behind the starting blocks.
- Viewing Zone: Please do not set up chairs in the area directly opposite the starting blocks. This is reserved for photography, outside viewing, and the 10&U relay exchange zone. Parents are welcome to temporarily stand to watch a race from this area.
Concessions:
We offer a full concession stand featuring grilled burgers, hot dogs, pizza, smoked pulled pork, baked potatoes, and treats. Cash and card are both accepted. The Kona Ice truck will also be in the parking lot.

**Don't forget our End of the Year Awards are at 7pm. We will swim and have Kona Ice and then start awards as soon as everyone gets their Kona Ice.**
